A beautifully designed apartment by Bella Simon, with precision in every detail. Our work began with staged post-construction cleaning, carefully revealing the finished interior while protecting its materials. It has since become an ongoing relationship through our Boutique Home Care service. With the owners living abroad, we prepare the apartment before each arrival, making sure everything is clean, cared for, and ready for them to feel at home
A newly completed building meant substantial construction dust, while natural wood and premium surfaces required carefully selected products and methods. The apartment’s high-floor location made safe access and working practices essential throughout
